Honeycomb activated carbon filters, also known as activated carbon honeycomb cotton, are made of powdered activated carbon attached to polyurethane foam. With a carbon content of approximately 35%-70%, they possess excellent adsorption properties and can be used for air purification, removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and pollutants such as dust, smoke, odors, toluene, and methanol. They are primarily used in various air purifiers, air conditioners, computer mainframes, and fume purifiers. They offer excellent formability, minimal air resistance, and pressure drop, resulting in excellent purification results. They are also used in household applications such as activated carbon insoles, mattress pads, pillow cores, and refrigerator odor-absorbing bags, achieving excellent deodorization.
