    Job responsibilities:
    1, according to the sales team leader assigned sales targets, combines the condition of market research, personal sales plan and strictly carry out operation plan.
    2, implement and continuously optimize platform operation.
    3, to ensure the safety of account.
    4, provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and form accurate purchase intention, adjust the marketing strategy to promote the match the sales forecast and inventory control.
    5, timely report found sales exception and sales team leader, exception handling in order to coordinate in advance.
    6, handle customer complaint, record the customer requirements, timely analysis and output products & sales module on a regular basis (products, procurement, sales, logistics, warehousing, etc.) and some problems needed to be optimized to improve advice, improve the quality of customer service.
    7, improve the product grade and optimize the review system, analysis of the fans and the user's consumption habits and the correlation of the product, to cultivate brand fans.
    8, learning system, and various rules of the platform, operation and promotion methods and techniques (including policies, tools, interface changes, etc.), and assist sales team leader timely revise and prepare the operating instructions.
    9, complete other tasks assigned.
